District Rotaract Representative Vânia Chambule

 

Vânia Miguel Chambule is a 26-year-old Mozambican entrepreneur and the founder and executive director of Excellence Consulting MZ, a business consultancy agency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Financial Management and brings six years of professional experience in finance and administration to her work.

Driven by a passion for leadership and community service, Vânia joined the Rotaract Club of Maputo in 2022. She quickly stepped into leadership roles, serving as International Services Director for 2022/23, Club President for 2023/24, and Club Treasurer for 2024/25.

Her commitment and leadership have now extended to the district level. Vânia currently serves as District Rotaract Representative and District Rotaract Chair for the 2025/26 Rotary year.

A dynamic young leader, Vânia is dedicated to empowering others, promoting professional excellence, and contributing meaningfully to her community.
